Request a refund

Refunds are available on Parts & Accessories only, requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all hardware and documentation included. Installed, fitted, or modified parts are not refundable. Complete paramotors, frames, trikes, engines, wings, reserve parachutes, propellers, and custom builds are not eligible — those are handled through warranty or damage claims. You'll get a reply with return instructions and an RMA number within 2 business days.
